How to add mophs to MMD

This is mostly about how to add Morphs to MMD models, I recently leanred how to do this so I'm sorry if I forget to add things. I'm still learning how to add espressions so don't ask me how to do those yet.
But I thought I should at least share the basics. Sorry for my spazzyness on this, I forget things alot. LOL I also had to re record this, sorry if it goe's to fast, I was trying my best to keep up with it. Can't beleive I didn't think of slowing it down. LOL

Also the key button I was refering to was ctrl+A ((That's how you open the command thing
Also make sure you click on the first option before opening the command thing.
